Accountability

Sometimes we just plain need a program and a coach to keep us accountable. There is something so powerful about sharing your weight loss journey with someone else. It’s possible to make good choices without accountability but it’s so much easier… and even a little fun… when you’re losing weight in a group with a coach.

Process Emotions

You overeat to avoid your feelings. Event after we learn this, your body still gets stuck in the habit loop of experiencing an emotion and turning to food. In this intensive, you’ll learn how to actually WANT to process your emotions because you’ll come to desire the feeling of freedom and release on the other side. 

Take Care of Yourself

You’re likely attached to food because you don’t have many other moments in your day when you feel joy… when you feel loved… when you’re taking care of yourself. You’ll learn how to really listen to what your heart, your soul, and your body really want. When you give those things to yourself, food looks a whole lot less interesting.

I’m Denise Jelinek and I’m a Catholic weight loss coach who guarantees results! I have helped so many women lose weight eating the foods they like without feeling deprived.

I was a closet binge-eater for many years and it was so painful. I was filled with shame. I knew I had a blessed life so I didn’t understand why I was raiding the pantry like a raccoon at night when no one was looking.

I went on a journey to stop dieting and to truly find peace around food permanently. I learned how to do exactly that and now it’s my great honor to teach other Catholic moms to do the same thing.

My process works for everyone. We’ll make a food plan that’s perfect and doable for you. I will support you during this eight weeks with coaching and strategy… did you know I’m a plateau buster? Oh yeah.

This 8-Week Intensive Includes:

Workbook

A powerful workbook that will lead you closer to Christ and help you understand which foods keep you stuck in a prison. It has pages for journaling, accountability, and food planning. 

Weekly Class

We will meet weekly on Zoom for some teaching, workshopping things together, and I’ll do coaching to help you with any emotional challenges or any food/exercise strategies.

A Slack Group

Slack is an easy-to-use forum that makes it easy to chat about specific topics (e.g. food, exercise, goals, mind drama etc.) This is where I’ll be coaching you during the week.

Community

One of the hardest things about the deep shame we feel about our weight is not having someone to talk to about it. This group will be a safe and loving place where you can share and life each other up!

No. We do allow Catholic women to join who are not moms as long as they are fine knowing that most women are moms and we will say the word mom a lot.

It’s ideal for you to join the class so you can workshop with Denise and get coaching.

There is a weekly call. You can ask more questions and seek help in the Slack group. Other than that, the only time involved is how long it takes you to plan your meals.

You get to decide! That’s what’s awesome about this program. You will choose foods you enjoy and Denise will help you to create a plan that works with your lifestyle and dietary requirements/needs.

No, we do not require that you exercise but we highly encourage that you at least incorporate some movement into your day.

We are so confident in this process, that if you do the program and you don’t lose 10 pounds, we’ll refund the cost of the intensive to you.

There are four things you must do to qualify for a refund.

1. Complete your food feelings log digitally or paper 6 days per week.

2. Complete all the obstacle worksheets

3. Write an intentional model 6 days per week and post the intentional thoughts in the slack group.
