Join Us in this Masters Challenge

June 1st – July 31st

Each day you will do four things:

– 15 minutes of prayer

– Drink 64 ounces of water

– Do one Model

– Do your Daily Goal.

Your daily goal is up to you! It could be related to losing weight, exercising, cleaning out your house, reading books to your kids, getting outside… anything!

Before the challenge begins, we’ll send out a video to help you choose your Daily Goal!

It doesn’t matter what you pick. As soon as you tell your brain you’re going to do something for 60 straight days…

it’s going to throw a tantrum!

Don’t worry. We got you!

We have created this challenge specifically to get your brain to tell you all the reasons you can’t do it. Then we’re going to teach you exactly what to do.

You’ll learn how to manage your mind when it gives you ALL THE EXCUSES around what you want to change.

Here’s what you’ll get in this challenge:

– A special pop-up Facebook group just for this challenge.

– A daily goals tracker.

– Videos throughout the week from Sterling and Lorissa helping you manage your mind and go deeper into your faith.

– A weekly group coaching call where you can receive coaching on any challenges that come up!

– So much fun doing this in a community!

 Yay, Prizes!

Learning to manage your mind and to increase your own mental toughness is a pretty big prize! But we wanted to throw in some coaching prizes to reward your hard work!

Everyone will focus on doing the four things each day (e.g. water, prayer, a model, and your own daily goal.) Some of you will be trying to lose weight and some of you will just be cultivating a new habit. We will have prizes for both of these tracks!

Weight Loss Prizes

For those who are focusing on the Weight Loss Track, you will submit the total weight you lose in pounds and as a percentage (e.g. lost 23 lbs. which was 4% of my starting weight.)

The person with the highest percentage loss will receive a 4-week coaching package with Lorissa or Sterling! That’s 4 more hours of coaching your brain to achieve your goals!

There will be TWO runners-up prize winners who will receive one hour of one-on-one coaching with Lorissa or Sterling to be used all at once or as three 20-minute sessions!

Highest Points Prizes

For those who are doing the Points Track, you will be counting your points. You earn points but checking off the four daily habits (water, prayer, doing a model, and your chosen daily goal) and by completing the weekly challenge.

The person with the most points at the end of the challenge will receive a 4-week coaching package with Lorissa or Sterling! That’s 4 more hours of coaching your brain to achieve your goals! If there is a tie, we will do a raffle to choose a name.

There will be TWO runners-up prize winners who will receive one hour of one-on-one coaching with Lorissa or Sterling to be used all at once or as three 20-minute sessions!
